Investors in People

For the 3rd time in ten years, Integra has retained its Investors in People accreditation. 

As always, Integra uses the independent IIP review process to continue to improve its support for staff development and wellbeing.

Key positives identified from Integra's staff team included:

• Individuals enjoyed the variety of the work they did
• Colleagues felt that the company had good ethics and ethos
• The team felt their managers were approachable, supportive and encouraged their development

Areas shared that we will now improve include:

• Involving the entire staff team in the finalisation of our business plan
• Looking at the shift patterns on the rota to have a longer period off work from time to time

As a result of the feedback, Integra will be involving the entire Integra team in the finalisation of its business plan at the forthcoming company-wide meetings (and exploring some of the positive and learning themes in more detail).
