Welcome to Rob Tooze

We are pleased to announce that following Peter Max's request to work part-time and to step-down from being Regional Operations Manager for Integra, National Care Group has appointed Rob Tooze as the new Regional Operations Manager in Wales with effect from Monday 23rd November 2020.

Within NCG's internal operational structure, Rob will now be responsible for the South West and Wales.  Rob will work closely with Peter Max, as the ongoing Responsible Individual, and Andrea O'Loughlin as Clinical Lead and Area Operations Manager to ensure the region is effectively supported and managed.

This follows Rob's historic management experience in Wales.  

Rob has over 35 years’ experience supporting individuals and teams in the adult social care field working with people who have learning disabilities/mental health issues and personality disorders. Rob qualified as a nurse (Learning Disabilities) in1990 and has completed numerous post qualification courses since.

Rob started his career as a nursing assistant in a long stay institution in 1984 before moving into community-based services prior to his nurse training. He worked as a registered manager for 5 years before becoming a senior manager in 1995, including most recently two years as the Operations Director in a medium sized organisation.

Throughout his career Rob has always strived to ensure that services under his lead provide the best quality and life opportunities possible for the people using the service.
