Update on changes centrally from 1st September 2016

Following Andrea O'Loughlin's promotion to Operations Director and in preparation for Paul Gregory, Director of Support and Rehabilitation, going part-time (3 days per week) from 1st September 2016, Integra has made some changes to central responsibilities.

Andrea O'Loughlin:

  • takes over from Paul Gregory as the lead Director and clinician responsible for organising Integra's assessment of potential referrals
  • will also be the primary contact for all referring organisations and the day to day Director point of contact for client-related matters generally with multi-disciplinary teams
  • continues to be the line manager of the home managers and ensuring that Integra delivers effective and high quality services
  • is supported in her duties by Integra's senior managers, Angela Rees and Haydn Osborne.

As Paul Gregory has become part-time, Paul's duties are now focused:

  • on reviewing Integra's quality of service - in particular as Integra's lead clinician he is responsible for supporting Andrea's training and development and for the effective provision of clinical supervision within Integra
  • in supporting Andrea's responsibilities to ensure Integra has effective clinical policies, procedures, documentation and training - Paul is the reviewing director for all policies and practices relating to relational and procedural security
  • on supporting Integra's assessment of prospective clients as an ongoing member of Integra's wider referrals team (3 clinicians, 2 senior managers and all home managers)

Peter Max:

  • remains Integra's Responsible Individual and Managing Director
  • continues to chair Integra's Quality Assurance Panel
  • carries on as the primary point of contact for commissioners (as Integra's contract manager), the CSSIW and in discussions relating to the future development of Integra's services within Wales and England.
